A home evaluation was conducted to assess possible barriers to performance and AT available to the client. Under normal circumstances, there may not be time or re-embursment to assess the home. Although we gathered information about the client's home during the occupational profile, actually visiting the home yielded much more information and a different perspective about the actual environment.
